The next Embracing Life! Retreat starts today and I am excitedly anticipating meeting a new group of people and taking them for a week of education and relaxation at Nirvana Luxor Resort on the Sunshine Coast of QLD.
It is always such a huge undertaking! Not having a permanent base for the retreats means weeks of organisation – and by the time we are ready to travel we almost need a semi-trailer to move all my equipment! Well, not quite, but there are a dozen huge boxes of kitchen equipment, serving ware, all the kitchen tools for the food preparation, workbooks, gift bag contents, music, books – you name it, we bring it to the retreat!
Having done a few now, means that at least I now have the preparation down to a fine art, and it is coming together really well.
My aim is to make the week a very special and memorable experience for everyone, and to share information that can change people’s lives. And to create a space for shared wisdom that empowers everyone with the knowledge that they CAN heal and they CAN have a wonderful life.
I will post during the week while I am at the retreat, and I will share what we are up to.
