Our next event took the focus off the main star of the tour, and allowed Raw Food Chef Bruce Horowitz to shine at what he does best.
The first of our Chef Trainings took place at Inspya Yoga at Byron Bay, and what a gorgeous space Susan and Lance have there!
This event was sold out WAY in advance with a long waiting list of people keen to come along. There was only room for 40 guests, and at a push we stretched it to 45!
Bruce took the class on a journey through raw gourmet food creation, teaching kitchen skills, talking taste and flavours and generally creating gastronimic heaven!
He guided us through the making of Elegant Ginger-Miso Nori Rolls, Sensational Shiskebab with Cacao-Goji Barbeque Sauce, Thai Coconut Curry Soup, Hemp-Spirulina Gomasio-topped Salad and Chocolate Ganache Pie. Sensational!
