A while ago I bought a fantastic book called “Choosing Me Before We” by Christine Arylo, a book all about loving yourself first, something that many of us are not very familiar with! Christine and a friend of hers Amy Ahlers, run a course called “Inner Mean Girl Reform School” which I think is such a clever idea, to take that inner critic and reform her to be your biggest supporter instead.
TodayI received an email promotion for a free e-book by Christine Arylo called the “Madly in Love With Me Guidebook” and it is really, really great little book that is cute, fun and has some very positive and empowering messages in it. I figured that if I thought it was fun, and worth reading and doing the exercises in it, then others might like it to! Here is the introductory video:
