A Colonics Experience (It’s Safe to Watch We Promise!)

by Leisa on August 9, 2011

Ok everybody – this is it!

On the topic of detoxification, one of the questions I get asked about the most is anything and everything to do with colonics. For those who have never experienced a colonic, the thought of it is both daunting and a mystery. It’s an experience that people are not always comfortable talking about.

But I’m fine with it (obviously!). So I decided that I’d be the one to share my colonic experience with you, in a very discreet, yet humorous way! Educational and informative, as well as a bit of fun, I hope this video takes away the mystery for you and answers all your questions.

For those of you who may have already had a colonic, this is still very valuable viewing as the video contains a lot of information on digestive health, as well as the funny bits!

P.S. What did you think? Comment below!

Hi Leisa,
Thanks for email with colonic blog and videoclip.
Had a look … well done … a funny way to approach a seirous (for some) subject. You handled it well.

And great to be talked, walked through the process!

Thanks Leisa, I have watched quite a few videos on colonics but this was by far the most informative and the funniest. I had to back up a bit to make sure you actually said ‘PooTube’. So funny. I loved this. Thank you and I hope to meet you very soon at one of your detox retreats. Just have to decide which one and make sure you have space. Do all your retreats offer colonics?
I will never put lip balm on again without having a chuckle.

Leisa, you covered all the important ‘bits’ really well.
You’re a brave woman. And all in a self-defecating, oops, deprecating manner. 😉

That was really well done!! thanks for being brave enough to put that video together, it was very informative. I have been thinking about doing colonic cleansing for a while now, but was really not sure what it would actually be like or even where to go in fact. So thank you again…perfect timing for spring I would think.

My friends, you make me laugh!!!!! Glad that you have a great sense of humour too, and found the video amusing. I can tell you we had a lot of fun making it!!! Narelle – self-defecating, hahahahahaha!!!!!! 🙂

Nicola, most of my retreats have colonics available either onsite or nearby, except for the WA one. Hope to see you at one soon!

Much love xxxxxxx

You’re a brave girl Leisa – thanks for sharing that with us. I have been telling all my friends about the benefits of colonics since I went to your last retreat and they all turn their noses up so hopefully now they can see how simple and private it is.
Keep up the quirky videos – loved it.

Thanks for demystifying the colonic. Would you kindly describe when to have a coffee enema instead of a colonic (water flush). Also, would you please list the health benefits of the coffee enema?
