If you hadn’t noticed yet - my blog has moved! 

It has a new name that you might want to bookmark so that you’re not being redirected every time.  The new name is www.EmbracingHealthBlog.com and this change is to streamline my business under my company banner, Embracing Health, as I am about to launch some exciting new products and services over the coming few months!!

So stay tuned to this site - and to my newsletter if you haven’t signed up yet (top right hand corner of this page), as I’m sure you are going to be VERY interested in what is coming up! 

I am so excited I am jumping up and down, (lucky I didn’t make this one a video blog!), but I can’t let you in on my secrets yet because I don’t want to spoil the surprise, so I’ll just keep working away behind the scenes and you will be finding out soon enough.

I just wanted to give everyone a head’s up about the not-to-be-missed March issue of my newsletter!
