Fed Up With Feeling Fat, Fatigued & Forgotton?

by Leisa on January 7, 2015

As many of you know, over the past couple of years I’ve been devoting a lot of my time and energy into writing a book that deals with the issues of fatigue. I called it The ‘F’ Word Solution: Fed up with feeling fat, fatigued and forgotten? Finally, the formula for a fun, fit and fantastic future! This week I released the entire 1st section of “The ‘F’ Word Solution“, for those interested in getting a sneak-peek into the book, and wanting to know more about the concepts and philosophies that underpin fatigue issues.Having suffered with fatigue disorders myself – at times quite severely – I know how difficult it can be to get an accurate diagnosis and the right assistance to recover your health. Since that time, I have studied fatigue issues extensively, especially adrenal and thyroid disorders, as well as all the secondary conditions that contribute to or exacerbate fatigue, such as: nutrient deficiencies, toxicity, allergies and intolerances, digestive issues, liver dysfunction, emotional wounds and traumas and poor eating habits – to name a few of the many varied influences.

Over time, I realised how important this information was, as I saw patient after patient in clinic who had been told by their doctor that there was nothing wrong with them – their blood tests came back as normal – yet they were very unwell people. Most were suffering with the three main symptoms that I see grouped together – weight gain, fatigue, and depression. When their thyroid tests come back as fine, the patient is often dismissed and told to ‘eat less and exercise more’ or offered anti-depressant medication. These are not solutions to what are often complex health issues, and many people are unable to find the help they need from their doctor or regular naturopath. So I decided to write a book on the subject, exploring all the areas and influences that can contribute to fatigue issues – little did I know that it would take me more than three years and would end up being such an enormous project! But I didn’t want to leave anything out – I wanted this book to be a valuable resource that can be referenced time and again throughout a person’s healing journey.

Over the next few months I will be gearing up to launch the book in its entirety, and I am really looking forward to sharing it with you. For those select few who download the entire 1st section of the book, they will be the first to be notified of special pre-launch offers that will be coming soon, and will be first in line to get their copy hot off the press!

The website to go to is www.thefwordsolution.com where you can receive an instant download of the 1st section. I really hope you enjoy reading it, and I can’t wait to hear your thoughts about it!

fatigue was a constant in 2014 . just now beginning recovery from Adelaide Hills fires . I live a stones throw from Sampson flat . 2 fire units threw an all night vigil to save our buildings . Rest of our 20 acres totally burned , our native reveg , veggie patch etc all gone . Abundant gratitude for all we still have . The f word still a feature I’ll be happy to be rid of ??

Fatigue is something that can be very different for each people and dealing with it can be really tough. Some might not even be aware of how much they need time to recover and go back to a healthier state. This book will no doubt help a lot of people who struggle with depressing and tiring issues. Really looking forward to learning more from you through this book!
