I wanted to pass on some information about some great events that are happening in the next month! The Happiness Class is run by Carl Massy, author of The Guidebook to Happiness, and someone who I know personally and respect; along with friend and colleague Damien Meldrum, a local guru in the field of emotions.
The Happiness Class is coming to Byron, Kirra, Brissie and the Sunny Coast in September!
Have you ever wondered what the best shopping list is of DO’s and DON’Ts for increasing (or decreasing) happiness according to the latest ‘scientific’ research? Well Carl Massy, the author of The Guidebook to Happiness and Damien Meldrum (Damo), the Emotions Guy; have done just that.
In this 3-hr, very interactive workshop aka The Happiness Class, they are going to save you a lot of blood, sweat, tears and heart-ache, by letting you know specifically what you need to be doing a lot more of, and a lot less of, if you want to experience greater levels of happiness, health, joy and peace in your life. Plus you will be taught some cognitive behavior and NLP techniques to better manage your emotions. And they might even let slip a few of the their best relationship secrets for you as well. Plus Damo is actually going to do a powerful group energetic healing session based on the amazing LifeLine Technique, which will have people floating out of the class (they might need to warn people not to operate heavy machinery after the class ;-)). So it is a class you really don’t want to miss.
Carl and Damo are also great guys and the class is bound to be a lot of fun as well. Plus these are also two guys who know how to use their hearts without being too jello mellow.
The dates are: Byron Bay (18 Sep), Kirra Beach (19 Sep), Brissie (21 Sep) and Sunshine Coast (22 Sep)

I’m sure you will gain a lot of great information and strategies from the class, so if you get the opportunity – make sure you head along!
Carl Massy is a good friend of mine and you can check out his website and blog here!
