This Go-Go Goji Berry Smoothie is one of my favourites! It is super-easy to make and mega-high in nutrition, as well as tasting like an exotic cocktail! Goji berries are known as both the longevity berry and the happy berry – whenever we make this smoothie at the Embracing Health Retreats, the guests all get the giggles for the afternoon

Go-Go Goji Berry Smoothie
3 Lemons, juiced
2 Orange, juiced
1 cup of Goji Berries, soaked
1 cup of strawberries
1 cup filtered water (or the Goji soak water)
1 tablespoon raw honey or vegan sweetener
1 teaspoon Camu Camu powder
Pinch of salt
Put all ingredients into a high speed blender, strain, and enjoy!
